Ingredients A
✔️150G plain flour
✔️75G corn flour
✔️50G custard powder
✔️1 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients B
✔️100G corn flakes, coursley crushed
✔️60G almond powder
✔️200G butter
✔️120G icing sugar
✔️1 Egg
✔️1 teaspoon vanilla essence
✔️1 egg, slightly beaten, sliced almond
Method:
✔️Sift together ingredients A, mix in corn flakes and almond powder: set aside.
✔️Cream Butter, Icing Sugar, Egg & Vanilla Essence until well mixed. Fold in flour mixture & mix well to form a soft dough.
✔️Roll dough into 1 cm thickness. Using a cooking cutter, cut a dough into your desired shape.
✔️Place on a lightly greased baking tray.
✔️Glaze cookies with beaten egg and decorate sliced almonds on top of the cookies.
✔️Baked in preheated oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes or until lightly
Decoration:
✔️Melt white chocolate
✔️Add one drop of your preferred color
✔️Stir the color and whote chocolate until well mixed
✔️Using piping bag, draw your preferred pattern on top of the freshly baked biscuits
