Method:
✔️Satukan tepung kentang & tepung gandum. Ayak & ketepikan.
✔️Putar mentega dengan gula aising hingga sebati. Masukkan garam. Perlahankan kelajuan & masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Rehatkan sekejap.
✔️Bahagian doh kedapa 7 bahagian & masukkan warna yang disukai (OPTIONAL) Jadi kalau nak satu warna sahaja, tak perlu bahagikan doh nyaa.
✔️Ambil sedikit adunan & kemudian bulat-bulatkan. Susun atas dulang pembakar.
✔️Guna garpu & tekan atas bebola doh tadi hingga sedikit leper & membentuk corak. Buat hingga siap.
✔️Bakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175C selama 20 minit.
✔️Sejukkan atas jaringan sepenuhnya sebelum disimpan dalam bekas kedap udara.
