1) Ingredients:
✔️Red Velvet Cookies Premix 250G
✔️Cream Cheese 100G
✔️Butter 50G
✔️Eggs 50G
Method:
✔️Beat the cream cheese until smooth and then add in all other ingredients.
✔️Mix until the dough is form and cleans up the sides of the bowl (about 2-3 minutes)
✔️Pipe cookie batter into cookies sheet in similar sizes and flatten in. Distance between each cookie should be about 0.5 inch apart.
✔️Bake at 180C (top and bottom heat) for about 12-15 minutes. Baking profile depends on oven variations.
✔️Cool & store in an airtight container.
2) Ingredients:
✔️Red Velvet Cookies Mix 500g
✔️Unsalted Butter 200g-300g
Method:
✔️Mix all ingredients using a mixer attachment beater for 3minutes low speed or until form a dough. Make into desired shape.
✔️Bake at temperature +170C or 180 (Upper) & 150C or 160C (Bottom) for 16 - 18 minutes in Deck Oven.
✔️Time & Temperature depending on the size of cookies & types of oven.
